Published 2026 resolution figures do not share a denominator. Alphabet reported 75% of Google Ads support queries resolved with no human (Q2 2026 earnings call). HubSpot reported 72% of tickets resolved without human escalation. Freshworks reported 50% average deflection. Cisco reported 145,000 cases with zero human intervention in FY2026 and published no denominator.

A good CSAT in 2026 sits roughly between 65% and 80% across industries. Baselines cited from the same roundup: financial services 81, ecommerce and retail 77, B2B software and SaaS in the high 70s, healthcare 57.

Average first call resolution sits in the 70 to 74 percent range. A common cross-industry baseline is 71 percent. A rate of 70 to 79 percent is generally considered solid. Rates above 80 percent are uncommon.
